Featured along with BBC News online website is Intel closing deals tagged with the title saying, “Intel to buy Infineon wireless unit for $1.4bn” which speaks for the whole deal making activity. Intel is planning and hardly pushing and convincing a deal to the German chip maker counterpart, Infineon with Intel wanting to purchase the company for more than a billion dollar rate seemingly less than the German company’s expected rates. The said German chip maker has long been working for Apple developing the company’s needed parts for their ever famous iPhones.

It was also stated how Infineon’s stock drastically sloped down to a lower 3.7% making it the day’s worst performer in Germany’s Dax index accordingly. Though everything seems to be a little bit unfortunate for the company, still, deals from every corner still manages it to keep up with the fast paced industry. It is still one of the most promising companies for chip making as it has produced a lot of reliable and higly outstanding performing phone chips long enough. As for Intel, August 19 has also been a day for another deal it has conquered, the former company finally acquired security software company McAfee for a whopping $7.68bn.
